Operate and troubleshoot data pipelines to convert raw nELISA readouts into quantified protein results. Use existing tools to analyze bioscience data, perform root-cause analyses on QC failures, communicate findings, propose process improvements, and collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to improve pipelines and algorithms.

Serve as the in-house flow cytometry expert supporting instrument setup, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and customer deployments. Create SOPs, training, QC programs, and vendor escalation processes. Improve cytometry workflows, reduce variability, qualify platforms, and provide remote and on-site technical support across internal sites and customer locations.

Build and scale core components of an end-to-end proteomics software stack (LIMS, data pipelines, web portal). Design agentic backends and AI-augmented tooling, develop analysis algorithms and lab integrations, deploy cloud IaC and CI/CD, write tests and monitoring, and collaborate with R&D, operations, and customers to productionize tools for high-throughput proteomics.
