Maintain the general ledger, process accounts payable and receivable, prepare financial reports, complete account reconciliations, review employee expenses, support audits, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and company procedures. The role is hybrid in Orem, Utah, with one weekly office day and potential weekend, holiday, nighttime, and rotating on-call work.

Manage end-to-end onboarding for providers, TPAs, and employer groups onto payment and financial services platforms. Validate banking, tax, compliance, and entity documentation; conduct due diligence and screening; configure EFT, ACH, funding, and account structures; resolve exceptions; maintain audit-ready records; report pipeline metrics; and coordinate with Finance, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and external stakeholders to improve onboarding processes and systems.

Manage accurate, timely payment processing, exception resolution, account reconciliation, compliance, discrepancy investigations, production verification, and operational reporting. Partner with Product, Technology, Finance, Engineering, and Compliance teams to resolve escalated issues, define requirements, validate platform enhancements, support audits, maintain procedures, and improve operational efficiency. The role also develops training materials and manages competing priorities while maintaining transaction accuracy and accountability.
