Lead and grow a software engineering team building AI-powered robots and deploying them in real warehouses. Own technical leadership, design complex multilevel software systems, improve delivery processes, and ensure quality through unit tests, simulations, and real-robot validation while scaling deployments and mentoring engineers.

Design, prototype, test and build mechanical hardware for robot integration in automated cells, including grippers, sensors and actuators. Create CAD designs and documentation, coordinate manufacturing and suppliers, iterate on prototypes, support onsite integrations, and apply robust design and project documentation practices.

Develop and lead software for robotic manipulation systems, integrating software and hardware, programming industrial robots, building control systems, APIs and deployment tools, and applying data and AI to improve robot behavior.
