Perform day-to-day bookkeeping in AppFolio and related systems (rent advances, check processing, security deposit returns). Handle internal accounting requests, respond to owner and tenant inquiries, assist with move-outs, delinquencies, owner payments, and bank reconciliations. Use reports to investigate discrepancies, improve bookkeeping accuracy, and help evolve operational processes.

Manage the application pipeline from intake to decision, applying Nomad's Guaranteed Rent eligibility criteria within Fair Housing, FCRA, and ADA requirements. Ensure compliance and risk mitigation, communicate proactively with owners and applicants via email/text/phone, maintain systems and records, and identify process improvements to keep screening efficient and accurate.
