Manage and grow the company blog on Shopify by creating and publishing SEO-optimized content, maintaining a content calendar, monitoring performance with analytics, updating existing posts, moderating comments, and collaborating with marketing, design, and product teams to increase visibility and engagement.

Design, develop, and deliver training programs and processes. Assess training needs, create curriculum and instructional materials, onboard new hires, evaluate program effectiveness, and continuously improve learning initiatives to support employee growth and performance.
