Leads strategic sourcing, supplier management, negotiations, contracting, compliance oversight, supplier performance, cost improvement, and risk mitigation. Manages and develops the sourcing and contracting team, approves supplier recommendations and commercial terms, oversees RFQ/RFP processes, monitors supplier scorecards and corrective actions, and serves as the escalation point for complex supplier and contract matters. Partners with Engineering, Finance, Operations, Quality, Purchasing, Planning, and Project Management to strengthen manufacturing supply chain performance and audit readiness.

Designs, documents, tests, and supports IT systems integrated into mission-critical vehicles and platforms. Develops production-ready build documentation and BOMs, applies DISA and TEMPEST requirements, supports manufacturing troubleshooting, investigates failures, and participates in validation and design reviews. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program management teams while managing assigned design tasks, schedules, customer or supplier interactions, and continuous improvement efforts.

Leads mechanical system architecture for intermodal and specialized freight containers across multiple product platforms. Designs and validates container structures, lifting systems, interfaces, and modifications using CAD, structural analysis, FEA, and applicable ISO, CSC, ABS, PAM, and PAM-IM standards. Oversees designs from concept through production, supports certification and testing, improves manufacturability, resolves manufacturing issues, and mentors engineers while making high-impact decisions related to safety, compliance, cost, reliability, and scalability.
