Coordinates engineering resources across multiple projects by forecasting staffing needs, assigning personnel, balancing workloads, monitoring utilization, and resolving resource conflicts. Maintains integrated engineering schedules, tracks labor hours and progress, reports resource performance, identifies schedule risks, and supports project planning and closeout. Partners with project managers and engineering discipline leaders on workforce planning, capacity analysis, process improvement, and engineering delivery accountability.

Leads strategic sourcing, supplier management, negotiations, contracting, compliance oversight, supplier performance, cost improvement, and risk mitigation. Manages and develops the sourcing and contracting team, approves supplier recommendations and commercial terms, oversees RFQ/RFP processes, monitors supplier scorecards and corrective actions, and serves as the escalation point for complex supplier and contract matters. Partners with Engineering, Finance, Operations, Quality, Purchasing, Planning, and Project Management to strengthen manufacturing supply chain performance and audit readiness.

Designs, documents, tests, and supports IT systems integrated into mission-critical vehicles and platforms. Develops production-ready build documentation and BOMs, applies DISA and TEMPEST requirements, supports manufacturing troubleshooting, investigates failures, and participates in validation and design reviews. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program management teams while managing assigned design tasks, schedules, customer or supplier interactions, and continuous improvement efforts.
