Leads systems engineering and technical solution development across sales, engineering, manufacturing, project management, and customer teams. Reviews requirements, architectures, compliance, risks, estimates, proposals, contracts, and project handoffs. Develops technical narratives, diagrams, calculations, and compliance matrices while coordinating multidisciplinary reviews. Acts as a subject matter expert on integrated mechanical, electrical, networking, communications, HVAC, power, and vehicle systems. Supports customer engagements, mentors technical staff, and improves estimating, reporting, and engineering processes.
