Own end-to-end architecture across hardware interfaces, MCUs, RTOS or bare-metal stacks, drivers, middleware, security, boot, and power management. Lead technical trade-offs, establish platform standards, validate solutions on hardware, drive product quality and reliability, and mentor engineering teams.

Creates and maintains structured technical documentation, user guides, API content, operational information, and web-based publications for optical networking products. Collaborates with R&D, product lifecycle management, and testing teams; manages documentation schedules; uses XML authoring, graphics, content management, defect-tracking, Agile, and DevOps tools. Ensures reusable, accurate, customer-focused content aligns with product releases, quality standards, and documentation development practices.
