Senior Graphic Designer responsible for end-to-end visual communications across print, digital, experiential, and technical media for a defense-focused company. Partner with cross-functional teams to produce presentations, websites, technical illustrations, event graphics, and accessible materials, managing projects from concept through production while ensuring brand consistency and mission relevance.

Manage full contract lifecycle for government, public sector, and commercial programs: draft, negotiate, administer, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/ITAR/EAR. Support proposals, task orders, subcontract flow-downs, risk assessments, CLM implementation, and stakeholder briefings while coordinating with BD, finance, engineering, and operations.

Lead integrated marketing strategy and execution aligning corporate, product, and business development priorities. Manage campaigns across paid, owned, earned channels, content, digital, PR, events, and sales enablement. Translate technical capabilities into messaging, oversee website and digital experiences, measure campaign performance, and collaborate with BD, Product, Engineering, and leadership to support growth in the defense market.
