Owns strategy, roadmap, development, launch, and customer deployment of an autonomous orchestration platform. Translates defense, intelligence, and commercial customer needs into product requirements; collaborates with engineering on integrated hardware, firmware, and software systems; conducts market and competitive analysis; supports go-to-market efforts; and leads cross-functional product delivery and continuous improvement.

Owns NODA AI’s export and trade compliance program, including ITAR/EAR classifications, DDTC and BIS licenses, restricted-party screening, foreign-person controls, technology transfer reviews, customs compliance, training, audits, government submissions, and audit-ready records. Partners with engineering, security, contracts, finance, HR, and outside counsel to protect controlled information and maintain regulatory compliance across defense technology operations.

Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, managing executive operations, board and investor communications, cross-functional initiatives, operating cadences, organizational planning, and stakeholder relationships. The role drives alignment, resolves blockers, supports strategic execution, represents the CEO externally, and maintains confidentiality across sensitive business matters in a defense technology environment.
