Leads NODA’s Taiwan defense market strategy and develops relationships across Taiwan’s government, military, industry, research, and U.S. security cooperation ecosystems. The role analyzes defense priorities, acquisition pathways, budgets, geopolitical developments, stakeholders, competitors, and mission needs to identify opportunities for autonomous systems. Responsibilities include advising executives, shaping engagement and capture strategies, supporting partnerships and market entry, translating customer insights into product direction, navigating FMS and DCS pathways, and representing NODA at defense engagements. The role requires extensive Taiwan defense experience, senior stakeholder access, strategic judgment, and significant travel.

Owns day-to-day Austin office and workplace operations, including facilities maintenance, building coordination, vendors, procurement, inventory, access control, physical security, IT infrastructure coordination, budgets, onboarding logistics, and employee events. Partners with the Executive Assistant, leadership, IT, People Operations, and Finance to manage operational priorities, policies, projects, and workplace readiness in a fast-growing defense technology company.

Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, managing executive operations, board and investor communications, cross-functional initiatives, operating cadences, organizational planning, and stakeholder relationships. The role drives alignment, resolves blockers, supports strategic execution, represents the CEO externally, and maintains confidentiality across sensitive business matters in a defense technology environment.

Own strategy, roadmap, requirements, and outcomes for mission-planning software supporting autonomous, multi-domain systems. Partner with operators, government stakeholders, Engineering, and Design to translate operational workflows into scalable product capabilities. Lead discovery, prioritization, integration, field testing, deployments, and iteration while addressing command-and-control, autonomy, interoperability, and mission-execution needs.

Own day-to-day import and export trade compliance, including restricted-party screening, licensing, ITAR/EAR classifications, foreign-person controls, government submissions, training, audits, and recordkeeping. Partner with Engineering, Security, Contracts, Finance, and Operations to protect controlled information and support compliant technology transfers, shipments, and international engagements. Maintain and improve the company’s Export Management and Compliance Program while escalating complex legal and regulatory matters to outside counsel.

Develops persuasive Federal and DoD proposal content across RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, white papers, and related pursuit materials. Analyzes solicitations, translates complex technical concepts, interviews subject matter experts, incorporates capture strategies and evaluation criteria, and manages drafting, editing, reviews, graphics, templates, and final submissions. Collaborates across business development, engineering, programs, product, and leadership while managing multiple concurrent pursuits and compressed deadlines.

Own technical program execution for an autonomy engineering team, including requirements intake, refinement, traceability, acceptance criteria, change control, Jira governance, sprint ceremonies, release coordination, cross-team dependencies, and technical reporting. Translate mission and product intent across perception, planning, GNC, and multi-agent systems into clear engineering requirements. Establish process frameworks, surface delivery risks, and facilitate collaboration across engineering and business stakeholders.

Design and implement autonomy modules for multi-vehicle orchestration: path planning, task allocation, behavior execution, and validation. Integrate event-driven middleware, simulate and hardware-in-loop test autonomy for UAVs/USVs/UUVs, optimize edge performance on Jetson/Raspberry Pi-class devices, and ensure safety, explainability, and reliability for defense-relevant missions.

Perform assembly, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and field deployment of unmanned systems; supervise junior field technicians; coordinate logistics, customer interactions, and documentation; conduct inspections, repairs, and after-action reporting during missions (up to 50% travel).

Lead strategy and execution for NODA's defense and federal event portfolio, owning planning, budgets, sponsorships, exhibits, vendor management, onsite operations, and post-event ROI measurement. Partner with Business Development, Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to design immersive demos and integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline, customer engagement, and market awareness.

Manage full contract lifecycle for government, public sector, and commercial programs: draft, negotiate, administer, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/ITAR/EAR. Support proposals, task orders, subcontract flow-downs, risk assessments, CLM implementation, and stakeholder briefings while coordinating with BD, finance, engineering, and operations.

Lead business development for Special Operations: identify mission needs, build trusted SOF relationships, shape requirements and capture opportunities through proposal and award, manage pipeline and forecasting, influence acquisition strategies, partner across internal teams, and represent NODA at demonstrations and industry events.

The Product Manager will lead the development of an autonomous orchestration platform, defining strategies, collaborating with engineering, and managing product lifecycles.

Own integration between NODA's autonomy orchestration platform and Taiwan partner vehicles, sensors, and autonomy stacks. Build adapters, run end-to-end integration and HITL/SITL testing, debug across software, middleware, network, and hardware-adjacent layers, maintain ICDs, and act as NODA's bilingual technical liaison during field deployments and partner engagements.

The Senior Platform Engineer will design and maintain infrastructure systems, deploying software for autonomous vehicles, with a focus on security and compliance in various environments.

Debug and resolve cross-system issues across software, real-time messaging, networking, RF, and hardware for multi-agent unmanned systems; pinpoint latency/performance problems, perform hardware diagnostics, support system health (baselining, crash analysis), maintain ICDs, and build observability and CI/CD for integration and release readiness.

Manage and grow a Solutions Engineering team to deploy and operate NODA's autonomous systems for defense customers. Own hiring, performance, delivery quality, staffing, and cross-functional coordination through the full deployment lifecycle, maintain technical standards for customer-facing deliverables, and funnel prioritized customer signals back to Product and Core Engineering.

Senior Graphic Designer responsible for end-to-end visual communications across print, digital, experiential, and technical media for a defense-focused company. Partner with cross-functional teams to produce presentations, websites, technical illustrations, event graphics, and accessible materials, managing projects from concept through production while ensuring brand consistency and mission relevance.

The Controller will build and lead financial operations, manage compliance with government contracts, and ensure audit readiness. Responsibilities include overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, and implementing systems to support growth in a defense technology company.
