Maintain accurate billing records, create self-pay invoices, process payments, support reconciliation and audits, and resolve documentation discrepancies with internal teams. The role also protects PHI, follows HIPAA requirements, identifies recurring billing issues, and supports process improvements in a fast-paced hybrid healthcare environment.

Drives medical device sales and market awareness across a Southern California territory. Builds relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, patients, advocacy groups, and key opinion leaders; develops territory plans, forecasts, and sales strategies; supports product launches and patient access; conducts market and competitor analysis; manages CRM activity and customer education events; and achieves territory sales goals through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.
