Teams at NOCD

Build and scale NOCD’s therapist acquisition engine, with submitted applications as the primary KPI. Own employer brand, content strategy, acquisition channels, conversion optimization, creative testing, reporting, and marketing budget management. Partner with Recruiting, Network Growth, Clinical, and creative teams to attract specialized therapists and create repeatable growth programs. The role requires building strategy from an early-stage foundation, using funnel data to improve performance, and operating with substantial autonomy.

Build and maintain cross-platform Flutter applications, including NOCD’s flagship Android telehealth app and new greenfield projects. Collaborate with engineering, product, design, clinical, backend, data, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality patient and therapist experiences. Contribute Python endpoints, support analytics and experimentation, improve mobile architecture and testing practices, and help establish engineering standards as the team grows.

Develop and optimize content-driven product experiences, educational materials, lifecycle campaigns, landing pages, and growth messaging for a telehealth platform. Improve member journeys and conversion through experimentation, funnel analysis, qualitative insights, and performance data. Build AI-assisted personalization workflows while maintaining empathetic brand voice and clinical accuracy. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and subject-matter experts.
