Oversee centralized accounting operations for a portfolio of hotels and resorts, including month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, financial statement preparation, cash flow monitoring, internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness. Partner with property and corporate finance teams, train accounting staff, and drive standardized, efficient accounting practices across multiple hospitality properties.

Provides interim financial leadership for hotel properties, overseeing accounting operations, month-end close, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and compliance with USALI and GAAP. Analyzes property financial performance, including P&L and cash flow, presents insights to leadership, mentors property accounting teams, strengthens internal controls, and maintains audit readiness. The role also trains department heads on cost management and supports finance strategy across a centralized accounting environment.

Oversee accounting functions and financial reporting for multiple hotel properties. Lead monthly financial statement closings, analyze operating results and variances, implement accounting controls and procedures, and safeguard company assets. Supervise, coach, and train accounting staff while supporting hotel operations and the Director of Finance. The role also coordinates accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, and general accounting activities.
