Supports assigned payment-industry partners through merchant onboarding, underwriting approvals, account activation, pricing, equipment, commissions, and operational inquiries. Acts as a liaison across underwriting, risk, technical support, finance, operations, and sales teams to resolve issues. Maintains partner relationships, monitors engagement, identifies activation challenges, supports growth initiatives, and communicates feedback to management. The role is remote and requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, CRM, and payment operations skills.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline development, executive engagement, ROI-based business cases, deal closure, and forecasting. Sell API-first money movement and open banking solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to develop solutions and drive growth.

Serve as the local HR generalist and face of People in South Africa, driving culture and engagement, managing employee relations and CCMA representation, ensuring compliance with South African labour law, administering HR processes and benefits, developing local policies and H&S, and delivering training to global managers while partnering with the global People team.
