Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) technical integration support to customer developers integrating NMI payment APIs/SDKs into POS, mPOS, or e-commerce systems. Troubleshoot issues, maintain local implementations, create/update documentation, act as an internal technical contact, and contribute to projects to ensure customers go live successfully.

Manage and grow a defined set of ISO and ISV partners in North America by building relationships, executing account plans, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, resolving issues, collaborating with internal teams, and reporting on account performance to drive revenue and partner adoption of NMI products.

Lead end-to-end design for B2B payments products, create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Run user research and usability testing, build and maintain design systems, benchmark competitors, use AI tools to accelerate design, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver intuitive, accessible payment experiences.
