Owns Nmbrs’ information security program, including the ISMS, ISO 27001 certification, ISAE 3402 audits, policies, risk assessments, vulnerability management, cloud and network security, incident response, security awareness, vendor assessments, and regulatory compliance. The role partners with auditors, engineering squads, the DPO, security liaisons, and leadership to improve security posture and communicate technical risks.

Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through closing, onboarding, and customer training. Use customer insights, AI, automation, experimentation, and sales tools to improve conversion and scalability. Collaborate with product teams by sharing customer feedback, testing new touchpoints, and identifying opportunities for automation. The role requires Dutch fluency, customer-facing experience, commercial curiosity, and comfort with technology.
