The role documents and improves HR and administrative processes, maintains accurate records, supports employees, and helps establish scalable operations in a growing company.

Manages customer-funded software development and research projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, milestones, risks, resources, and deliverables remain aligned. Serves as the primary customer contact, leads status meetings and demonstrations, translates contracts and requirements into development activities, coordinates cross-functional Agile teams, supports release planning, tracks financials and KPIs, and improves software and operations processes.
