Perform manual and automated quality assurance for Windows desktop and web applications. Design and execute functional, regression, integration, performance, exploratory, API, database, and end-to-end testing. Develop and maintain Python and Playwright automation suites, document test plans, manage defects, execute release testing, and improve QA processes. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum ceremonies while validating requirements and customer workflows.

Coordinates day-to-day HR administration, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HR systems, compliance, recruiting support, and performance review cycles. Also supports office operations, vendors, facilities needs, meetings, and employee events. The role documents and improves HR and administrative processes, maintains accurate records, supports employees, and helps establish scalable operations in a growing company.

Manages customer-funded software development and research projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, milestones, risks, resources, and deliverables remain aligned. Serves as the primary customer contact, leads status meetings and demonstrations, translates contracts and requirements into development activities, coordinates cross-functional Agile teams, supports release planning, tracks financials and KPIs, and improves software and operations processes.
