Manage client accounts and agency projects across communications, design, and creative services. Responsibilities include serving as a client and partner contact, developing strategic plans, coordinating cross-functional workflows, managing timelines, budgets, and scopes, supporting business development, facilitating portfolio meetings, and improving project management processes. The role requires strong communication, organization, client service, project management, and strategic planning skills.

Contribute to multidisciplinary brand and digital design across formats, create motion/animated assets as needed, maintain visual consistency and technical production readiness, collaborate with a global team from concept through delivery, and support digital production using common design tools.

Lead delivery of large, complex communications projects for policy-oriented clients. Manage schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, and cross-functional teams; coach project managers; implement processes and quality controls; serve as primary client and stakeholder contact; report performance and drive continuous improvement.
