Supports project planning and execution by managing schedules, budgets, scope changes, risks, documentation, status reporting, resources, and stakeholder communications. Coordinates cross-functional teams and external clients, tracks action items and dependencies, supports regulatory, safety, and quality initiatives, and helps ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role is primarily onsite in Princeton, New Jersey, with occasional travel to Bristol, Pennsylvania.

Leads business development and sales growth for translational research services, building biopharmaceutical client relationships and managing the commercial pipeline. Translates scientific capabilities into customer value propositions, develops marketing assets and commercial tools, leads client site visits and presentations, and coordinates proposal development through project initiation. Partners with scientific, marketing, and site teams to expand integrated discovery and translational service offerings. Requires extensive life sciences business development experience, scientific understanding, and significant travel.

Manage corporate contracts from intake through execution, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, tracking, and maintaining executed agreements. Identify non-standard terms, summarize risks, coordinate stakeholders, and escalate significant issues. Maintain contract repositories, approval workflows, legal records, and compliance documentation. Support corporate governance, diligence, audits, financing activities, legal holds, and document retention while protecting confidential information.
