Nivoda Benefits Overview

Leads strategic finance for a B2B marketplace, owning budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, board and investor reporting, lender reporting, financing models, cohort economics, profitability analysis, and capital allocation. Partners with senior leaders on commercial and operational decisions, manages the finance team, establishes reporting processes and data standards, and oversees tools including Snowflake, NetSuite, ThoughtSpot, Claude, and the modeling stack.

Reconcile customer payments across global bank accounts with invoices in NetSuite, investigate payment discrepancies, resolve customer payment queries, maintain audit documentation, and support month-end close activities. The role involves working across EMEA, APAC, and other international regions, handling multiple payment formats and currencies, and collaborating with Accounts Receivable and Customer Support teams. This is a one-year contract role requiring strong attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and comfort with late-shift hours.

Manage and grow Nivoda’s supplier base for its B2B diamond marketplace. Responsibilities include acquiring and onboarding suppliers, building consultative relationships, analyzing performance data, improving product assortment and pricing, driving supplier revenue, monitoring quality, resolving issues, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering supplier training. The role requires regular in-person and virtual engagement with NYC-area suppliers.
