The role develops knowledge of fintech, cross-border payments, and card issuing while contributing to outreach, pipeline generation, and deal progression. It requires strong communication, organization, resilience, coachability, and fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.

Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for card issuing and cross-border payout solutions in Mexico. Own the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, implementation, launch, and expansion. Build executive relationships with fintechs, financial institutions, platforms, and enterprises; develop pipelines, close complex deals, maintain forecasts, and support go-to-market strategy. Collaborate with product, compliance, legal, solutions, and implementation teams while representing the company at client meetings and industry events.
