Owns Nitra’s product strategy, vision, roadmap, requirements, releases, quality, launches, and post-launch improvements. The role bridges technical teams and business stakeholders, analyzes market and customer needs, partners with UX/UI and engineering, and communicates progress to executives. Candidates should have software or product management experience, healthtech experience, strong technical and project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with Taiwan-based colleagues.

Own product discovery and delivery for payroll, recruiting, and workforce management products serving healthcare practices. Translate customer feedback into requirements, prioritize roadmaps, launch payroll and staffing workflows, manage third-party integrations, address compliance needs, and track product metrics. Partner with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and compliance to deliver fintech solutions.

Own discovery and delivery of payroll, recruiting, and workforce management products for healthcare practices.
