Edit short-form vertical social videos from raw footage through final delivery for a U.S. audience. Responsibilities include footage selection, rough cuts, captions, sound design, hooks, pacing, revisions, exports, and applying brand guidelines. The editor will use AI tools to organize transcripts, contribute to ideation and motion graphics, incorporate feedback, and independently manage the editing process. Strong communication, English proficiency, portfolio experience, and proficiency in Premiere Pro or CapCut are required.

Leads and develops a high-performing BDR team responsible for outbound prospecting, cold calling, pipeline generation, and qualified meeting creation. Responsibilities include coaching, call reviews, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, messaging and process development, metric ownership, and collaboration with Account Executives. The role is fully in-person in the New York area and supports conference and industry-event lead generation.

Leads Nitra’s lending business as its general manager, owning revenue, originations, portfolio performance, product expansion, partnerships, credit strategy, underwriting, pricing, risk controls, collections, fraud management, lending infrastructure, capital planning, and team development. The role launches and scales healthcare-focused lending products, including factoring, equipment finance, working capital, leasing, and commercial real estate programs, while balancing growth, risk, and portfolio economics.
