Lead and scale the company’s People function during rapid growth. Own recruiting strategy, workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, manager enablement, employee experience, compensation programs, people infrastructure, and culture. Partner with executives and department leaders on organizational design, hiring frameworks, talent metrics, and scalable policies and processes. Coach managers, establish consistent evaluation practices, and use people analytics to support high-performing teams across GTM, Product, and Operations.

Supports strategy and operations across go-to-market functions by analyzing business performance, building financial models and reports, improving workflows, assisting planning and forecasting, and driving cross-functional initiatives. The role also helps establish People Operations programs, including onboarding and performance management, while solving ambiguous business problems and supporting leadership decision-making in a fast-growing company.

Serve as a primary contact for customers, handling high-volume phone, SMS, and email interactions. Resolve issues, explain products, re-engage inactive customers, track activity, and follow up on open requests. Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Support to improve customer experience while applying engagement playbooks in a fast-paced environment.
