Manage end-to-end CAPEX procurement for pharmaceutical manufacturing projects, including RFQs, vendor development, technical and commercial evaluations, negotiations, purchase orders, delivery tracking, change control, documentation, and vendor performance. The role coordinates with engineering, projects, QA, production, and finance teams while controlling costs, ensuring technical compliance, and supporting greenfield or brownfield pharma projects.

Supports the Managing Director by coordinating departments, meetings, schedules, communications, action trackers, and special projects. Prepares minutes, daily management reports, KPI summaries, and decision-ready updates. Follows up with department heads and senior managers to ensure commitments, milestones, and corrective actions are completed. Maintains confidentiality, manages executive communications and calendars, identifies delays and risks, and escalates unresolved matters to the MD.

Develop and grow international B2B sales across Southeast Asia. Responsibilities include acquiring customers, managing distributors and business partners, executing market-specific sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, coordinating quotations and order execution, monitoring competitors and pricing, and building long-term customer relationships. International travel is required as needed for customer meetings, exhibitions, and business development.
