Supports brand strategy, marketing execution, consumer and category analysis, innovation and renovation initiatives, budgeting, performance tracking, and cross-functional project coordination. The role synthesizes data into insights, supports research and commercialization, coordinates agencies and internal teams, and helps execute marketing plans with the goal of progressing into brand ownership.

Oversee accounts payable, vendor management, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, tax compliance, and financial close activities. Support audits, internal controls, accounting policies, and process improvements while ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Supervise and develop accounts payable staff and provide direct support to the Director of Accounting.

Supervises day-to-day quality control operations in a food manufacturing environment. Leads and coaches QC staff, ensures compliance with GMPs, HACCP, OSHA, and food safety standards, manages schedules and resources, investigates product and process issues, analyzes performance data, maintains quality and safety records, and implements corrective actions and continuous improvements. Collaborates with Production, Maintenance, HR, and other departments to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
