Plan and deliver product and sales training programs for dealer sales teams and fleet customers, manage LMS/e-learning localization, conduct coaching and on-the-job training, support new model launches, prepare training budgets, and evaluate training effectiveness to improve dealer operational and sales performance.

Lead Nissan's state and local government affairs efforts: track and lobby on non‑California legislation, negotiate incentives, engage trade associations and officials, advise internal stakeholders on policy risks and opportunities, and serve as subject matter lead on EV ecosystem, privacy, cybersecurity, and related regulatory issues.

Design and own architecture for multiple applications, drive cloud migrations and digital transformation, ensure enterprise security/compliance, collaborate with delivery leads and DevOps, guide developers on secure coding, troubleshoot production issues, and promote scalable, resilient, cost-efficient, and maintainable solutions.
