Leads a customer care team responsible for service quality, operational performance, employee development, scheduling, compliance, escalated issue resolution, and customer satisfaction. Coaches and evaluates customer service representatives, maintains performance documentation, supports training, manages union-related requirements and grievances, and ensures effective resource allocation. The role may require nights, weekends, holidays, standby coverage, and emergency response support.

Leads the development of customer-focused data and analytics solutions, including data models, reports, dashboards, and self-service tools. Partners with stakeholders and data product owners to improve data quality, governance, accessibility, and analytics adoption. Provides technical leadership, mentors team members, manages project deliverables, and supports scalable data products. Uses SQL, Python, visualization platforms, and other analytics tools to transform data and deliver actionable business insights.

Locates gas distribution facilities, leads employees performing leak detection and repairs, and replaces services or main sections according to approved procedures and codes. Uses repair tools, operates company trucks under Ohio CDL and DOT requirements, prepares records, communicates effectively, and works within a team. Preferred qualifications include DIS and WMS knowledge and familiarity with OSHA pipeline safety and underground construction practices.
