Draft and negotiate contracts, manage outside counsel, support M&A due diligence and deal documentation, partner with commercial teams, and ensure regulatory compliance while advising senior leadership.

Support capital business case process and strategic financial planning by analyzing capital projects, preparing pro forma and regulatory schedules, producing financial reports, and performing ad-hoc analyses. Coordinate stakeholders, manage projects, improve processes, and document work to evaluate financial impact and support regulatory initiatives.

Lead and supervise power plant operations to ensure safe, continuous electricity production. Manage and train staff, oversee equipment operation and maintenance (turbines, boilers, generators), maintain logs and schedules, respond to emergencies, coordinate improvements and procurement, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance while working rotating shifts.
