Provide strategic commercial legal advice across supply chain, data privacy, IP, and transactional matters. Draft and negotiate contracts, manage outside counsel, support M&A due diligence and deal documentation, partner with commercial teams, and ensure regulatory compliance while advising senior leadership.

The role involves processing customer billing, resolving transaction issues, assisting inquiries, and performing clerical duties to support billing operations.

Support capital projects by creating and managing material purchase requests, tracking shipments, processing material and contractor invoices, monitoring contractor activities, and onboarding inspection teams. Apply project integration, cost, schedule, risk, quality, procurement, and stakeholder management using PMIS and NiSource tools to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
