The Product Manager III for Payment Services leads strategy and execution of payment solutions, ensuring compliance and enhancing NISC's payment capabilities while managing stakeholder relationships.

Develop and support back-end telecom billing software for broadband and utility members. Convert raw CSV and BAF files into billing records, apply taxes and billing rules, and implement new features. Investigate and resolve customer issues, write unit and integration tests, and collaborate cross-functionally. The role also involves prototyping intelligent agent features and working with Python, Progress, Linux, shell scripting, C, SQL, and cloud technologies in a hybrid office environment.

Develop responsive full-stack web applications, RESTful services, and containerized microservices for financial software. Responsibilities include collaborating on feature development, resolving customer issues and bugs, writing unit and integration tests, optimizing performance, following software engineering practices, and prototyping agentic AI features to automate workflows. The role operates on a hybrid schedule from offices in Iowa, Missouri, or North Dakota.
