Leads multiple cross-functional projects across Product Support from planning through implementation and operational transition. Defines scope, requirements, timelines, resources, and success measures; coordinates stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and dependencies; manages risks, issues, changes, and communications; facilitates meetings; prepares status reports and executive updates; and improves project management processes and visibility.

Summer internship supporting operations analytics implementations for energy cooperative software customers. Responsibilities include shadowing and assisting project managers and implementers, setting up member project information, and preparing consistent member and internal documentation. The role provides exposure to electrical distribution analysis, electrical software, operational tools, and GIS while developing customer service, problem-solving, communication, and project support skills.

Supports application analysts and development teams with business requirements analysis, software enhancement evaluation, workflow documentation, database and design reviews, quality assurance testing, issue resolution, and software lifecycle activities. The intern focuses on NISC’s Financials Software product while collaborating with technical teams and subject matter experts.
