Leads Software Engineering, Data Engineering, and BI teams while overseeing applications, integrations, APIs, EDI, automation services, data warehouses, reporting platforms, and analytics. Drives technology initiatives, engineering standards, release processes, data governance, system reliability, stakeholder alignment, supplier relationships, and continuous improvement across business-critical platforms.

Manage a portfolio of key B2B contract catering accounts, driving revenue, margin growth, retention, and increased customer spend. Build relationships with buying groups and decision-makers, conduct customer meetings, negotiate contracts, develop new business, and identify equipment and product sales opportunities. Collaborate with commercial, business development, and internal support teams to convert quotations and achieve sales objectives. Regular customer travel and a full UK driving licence are required.

Supports business-critical applications across retail, eCommerce, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, finance, and customer operations. Responsibilities include resolving incidents and service requests, administering ERP and OMS platforms, supporting integrations and data workflows, testing patches, coordinating with vendors and technical teams, implementing approved changes, and identifying system improvements. The role also provides stakeholder support, monitors operational workflows, and participates in on-call coverage.

Build and improve Power BI dashboards, data models, measures, and reports. Translate business questions into actionable insights, validate and reconcile SQL data, identify trends, improve data quality, consolidate reporting, and support governance, security, and deployment standards. Collaborate with IT, Finance, and other stakeholders while enabling users to understand and trust business intelligence solutions.

Processes invoices, resolves supplier queries, maintains supplier accounts, performs statement and month-end reconciliations, supports payment runs, and helps maintain internal controls across the accounts payable ledger. The role requires accurate data entry, strong communication, organization, time management, and collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers. It is based in Avonmouth with hybrid home-working flexibility after training.
