Develop and scale full-stack features for internal billing and customer-facing products using Node.js, React, and TypeScript. Own projects from conception through deployment and monitoring, solve complex technical and product problems, collaborate with product and design, maintain reliable code, and mentor teammates. The role requires strong backend and frontend expertise, experience with B2B products or enterprise workflows, independent leadership, and residence in the NYC metro area for a hybrid schedule.

Own and evolve the platform supporting product engineering teams, including reliability, observability, test infrastructure, developer experience, infrastructure strategy, cost management, compliance controls, and platform on-call. Lead AWS, EKS, Terraform, CI/CD, and multi-account platform improvements while defining the roadmap and partnering with engineering teams and infrastructure vendors.

Build customer pilots, automations, and workflow solutions using APIs, scripts, and automation tools. Collaborate with prospective customers, Sales, Product, and Engineering to solve healthcare insurance problems, improve eligibility products, measure pilot value, and turn successful experiments into scalable product capabilities. Document reusable solutions and communicate technical results to business and technical stakeholders.
