Support customer onboarding and implementation, assist with Kubernetes deployments and troubleshooting, work with Linux/containers/cloud technologies, collaborate with Engineering and Product to resolve issues, and create technical documentation while gathering customer feedback.

Implement and maintain AI/ML infrastructure for Nirmata's Policy Management platform, contribute to AI-powered features (LLMs, RAG, model tuning), and work with the engineering team across cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes, Java/Go microservices, MongoDB, and Kafka.

Develop, test, and deploy microservices for a cloud-native SaaS platform. Write clean Go/Java code, participate in code reviews, improve reliability and observability with Kubernetes, Prometheus and TimeScale, and contribute to automation, open-source, and small projects.

Lead design and development of SaaS backend data path components for the Nirmata Policy Management cloud solution. Drive architecture, implement scalable data processing subsystems, integrate AI/ML features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, own code quality and reviews, and ensure platform scalability and performance for enterprise customers.
