Lead expansion of Niricson’s existing enterprise and public-sector customer portfolio. Build strategic account plans, drive upsells, cross-sells, renewals, and recurring revenue growth, and develop repeatable processes for converting projects into multi-asset programs. Partner with Customer Success, Delivery, Product, Engineering, and leadership to strengthen customer outcomes and executive relationships. Establish the Portfolio Growth function, including KPIs, CRM discipline, reporting cadence, account segmentation, and scalable expansion strategies.

Coordinate and manage data capture projects from contract handoff to completion. Build timelines, manage logistics and client communication, schedule technicians, resolve risks, and improve operational processes to increase deployment readiness and efficiency.

The Sales Account Executive will drive revenue growth by managing client relations within Quebec's civil infrastructure sector, handling the sales cycle from lead generation to closure while collaborating with various teams.
