The role translates complex AI, robotics, sensing, and infrastructure technology into compelling commercial messaging, manages the Event and Content Manager, oversees external partners, and builds scalable marketing processes and team capabilities.

Seeking a Sales Account Executive to manage business development in Europe, focusing on client relationships, sales cycles, and exceeding targets in civil infrastructure.

Lead expansion of Niricson’s existing enterprise and public-sector customer portfolio. Build strategic account plans, drive upsells, cross-sells, renewals, and recurring revenue growth, and develop repeatable processes for converting projects into multi-asset programs. Partner with Customer Success, Delivery, Product, Engineering, and leadership to strengthen customer outcomes and executive relationships. Establish the Portfolio Growth function, including KPIs, CRM discipline, reporting cadence, account segmentation, and scalable expansion strategies.
