Leads client success and production support for enterprise financial technology clients. Manages Client Success and Production Support teams, escalations, SLAs, incident resolution, QBRs, client communications, support metrics, and service improvements. Personally investigates technical issues using logs, APIs, JSON, and data while partnering with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Security, Sales, and Operations. The role requires 24x7 availability, NYC office presence, and up to 25% domestic travel.

The role involves reverse engineering and optimizing complex database environments, analyzing database schemas, designing data models for efficiency, and administering enterprise databases.

The Marketing Manager will lead B2B marketing initiatives across digital channels, events, and content, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with teams to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
