Manage full-cycle recruiting for Nintex, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and hiring manager partnership. Build talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies, referrals, recruiting tools, and market intelligence. Maintain accurate applicant tracking records, monitor funnel conversion metrics, support compliance, and improve the recruiting process in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.

Build and operate cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and self-service platform capabilities. Deploy infrastructure through automation, troubleshoot production issues, improve reliability and security, participate in incident management and on-call rotations, and contribute to architecture, post-mortems, process improvements, and platform best practices. Collaborate cross-functionally and begin mentoring associate engineers.

Develop and execute integrated APAC demand-generation campaigns across digital channels, events, webinars, partner marketing, customer marketing, and executive programs. Drive pipeline, revenue, engagement, and awareness while localizing global campaigns and creating regional initiatives. Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Partners, Marketing Operations, BI teams, agencies, and senior leadership. Measure campaign performance, optimize investment, improve attribution, and communicate results across stakeholders.
