Lead and build the Technical Account Management team, manage high-revenue complex partner relationships, own KPIs and escalations, run executive reviews, influence product roadmap, partner with Engineering/Product to deliver integrations, and develop partner enablement and API documentation.

The Staff Software Engineer will lead the architecture of the FCM platform, ensuring financial correctness and system integrity, while modernizing systems and improving operational tooling.

Build and maintain automation and integrations for continuous control monitoring and evidence collection. Run and coordinate SOC 2, ISO 27001, and SOX audits, map controls, track remediation, and maintain audit-ready documentation. Conduct risk assessments, manage the enterprise risk register, support third-party risk, and partner with engineering and business stakeholders to translate compliance into engineering-focused controls and tooling.
