Administer and configure the Salesforce org, including users, permissions, objects, record pages, layouts, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards. Manage data imports, exports, cleanup, and integrity using Data Loader. Resolve admin requests, document changes, follow deployment practices, diagnose routine issues, and collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions while expanding Salesforce expertise.

Architect and own NinjaTrader’s foundational dbt data-model layer, establish modeling standards, and manage paid-media attribution. Develop AI-driven reporting, data-quality automation, agentic workflows, and self-service knowledge tools. Partner with Data and MarTech teams, prevent pipeline issues, scale models across business units and geographies, and mentor teammates while applying marketing measurement concepts such as CAC, LTV, and ROAS.

Drive the Core Platform web product roadmap and own trading experiences including order entry, charting, account management, and navigation. Partner with engineering, design, and product leadership to sequence quarterly priorities, deliver polished and accessible interfaces, understand trader needs, and use product metrics to guide prioritization and continuous improvement. The role requires strong trading-domain knowledge, analytical ability, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership of platform features.
