Design, develop, deploy, and maintain high-volume backend systems supporting customer funding, trading, and back-office operations. Lead development practices through code reviews, mentoring, architecture guidance, and quality ownership. Build reliable, observable software using Python and TypeScript, collaborate with finance and trading teams, improve operational efficiency, document workflows, and oversee projects from design through iteration.
