Reviews customer subscriptions, maintains billing records, validates invoicing data, investigates discrepancies, performs reconciliations, supports month-end billing, responds to customer inquiries, and assists collections with account resolution.

Provides basic technical support to customers by troubleshooting issues, communicating solutions, triaging tickets, documenting interactions in a CRM, following up on resolutions, escalating complex problems, and meeting customer service and performance targets.
