Own Manila’s enterprise network, including Wi-Fi, switches, routers, ISP connectivity, ExpressRoute hardware, firewalls, VPN, WAF, DNS, SSL, and VLANs. Support employee devices and accounts across four countries, managing provisioning, deprovisioning, asset inventory, and endpoint incidents. Implement HIPAA and SOC2 network controls, respond to security incidents, and design cloud-to-physical migration architecture with DevOps. Maintain high uptime, rapid patching, and security response KPIs while partnering with the CTO and cybersecurity leadership.

Build end-to-end features in C#/.NET and React/JavaScript, write and run unit/integration tests, participate in code reviews, prepare deployment packages, surface architectural conflicts and sprint risks, and deliver production-ready code within an Agile sprint cadence.
