Provides broad HR support across recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits, payroll coordination, performance management, training, immigration support, and HR reporting. Partners with managers and employees on policies, conflict resolution, talent initiatives, and legal compliance. Develop and enhance core software for analyzing, processing, and storing large volumes of complex network traffic data. Troubleshoot data-intensive technical issues, improve system efficiency and robustness, and support containerized application and service architectures with minimal supervision.

Plans, implements, and maintains network, server, endpoint, cloud, and security infrastructure. Manages Windows and Linux systems, VMware environments, AWS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, user access, backups, hardware and software inventory, and network performance. Troubleshoots end-user issues, administers upgrades, develops IT policies and procedures, evaluates vendors, and ensures reliable operation of organizational IT assets.

Develop and integrate FPGA-accelerated logic using Verilog, VHDL, SystemVerilog, HLS, and C. Build testbenches, target designs to Xilinx FPGA boards, troubleshoot timing, implement multi-clock-domain synchronization, integrate proprietary IP, and create technical documentation and datasheets. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in computer or electrical engineering and is fully onsite in the United States.

Develop and deploy accelerated logic for FPGA platforms using Verilog, VHDL, SystemVerilog, C, and HLS. Mentor designers and developers, establish design and development standards, conduct code reviews, collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders, and oversee scalable, performant application maintenance. The role also requires testing, build tooling, cloud and CI/CD awareness, and familiarity with full-stack integrations and data visualization.

Develop Python-based software and RESTful APIs while administering Linux/UNIX systems from the command line. Write Python and shell scripts, deploy and manage Docker-based applications, and support system architectures. The role also involves basic networking, cloud services, package management, and automation tools. Candidates should have 0–2 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
