Own and improve the company’s platform, infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, developer experience, automated testing, release processes, fleet observability, access model, and runtime dependencies. The role focuses on reducing release lead time across a large multi-tenant SaaS environment, modernizing infrastructure safely, documenting platform knowledge, and enabling engineers and AI agents to work more effectively.

Lead full-cycle customer data migrations from legacy DME/HME systems into a SaaS platform. Responsibilities include mapping, extracting, cleansing, transforming, and validating patient, inventory, claims, order, and payer data; resolving discrepancies; collaborating with implementation and product teams; supporting customers; and documenting migration processes.

Prospect and engage potential DME/HME and healthcare customers through email, phone, and social media. Qualify leads, build sales pipelines, schedule appointments and demos, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with Account Executives on campaigns and lead generation. The role also requires staying informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitors while communicating the company’s value proposition. This is a fully remote U.S.-based position.
