Lead seasonal creative projects and milestones across Design Concepts and Styling, including presentations, photoshoots, workshops, room builds, and reviews. Manage timelines, workback schedules, cross-functional alignment, and project execution throughout the product creation process. Partner with design, merchandising, marketing, retail, styling, and external agencies while improving processes, tools, and ways of working.

Supports three senior footwear directors through complex calendar management, travel booking, meeting and event planning, expense reporting, budget and purchase order tracking, document preparation, communications, workspace coordination, special projects, and team culture initiatives. Serves as the primary administrative contact, manages confidential information, coordinates stakeholders, and provides coverage for other leaders.

Lead global performance analytics across demand, inventory, product, and channel views. Translate ambiguous business questions into scalable analytical solutions, develop forecasting and advanced models, improve data quality, and productionize reusable workflows. Partner cross-functionally with Technology and Planning leaders, align metrics across regions, and communicate executive-ready recommendations. Apply Python, SQL, AI/ML, generative AI, and emerging technologies to improve decision-making, growth, profitability, inventory productivity, and operational efficiency.
