Develops and manages partnerships with educational institutions, universities, and training organizations. Responsibilities include meeting institutional tie-up and lead-generation targets, maintaining partner relationships, coordinating MOUs, engaging government and academic stakeholders, and implementing strategies to improve program outcomes. The role requires strong negotiation, communication, organization, documentation, and relationship-management skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel.

Manage training centre operations, staff, training delivery, mobilization, assessments, placements, reporting, compliance, and infrastructure. Build relationships with employers, NGOs, institutions, and community stakeholders; coordinate placement drives and outreach activities; monitor targets, attendance, documentation, and batch progress; address student concerns; and support government and CSR skill development projects.

Facilitates employment placements for underserved program beneficiaries by developing employer partnerships, assessing candidate skills, preparing candidates through resume and interview support, coordinating recruitment events and interviews, tracking post-placement retention, maintaining records, and reporting placement outcomes. Collaborates with trainers, program teams, and community stakeholders to support outreach and sustainable employment.
