Provides remote technical support for networked biomedical and life-support devices in a 24/7 environment. Troubleshoots hardware, software, Windows applications, embedded operating systems, configurations, and network connectivity. Assists with updates, system integration, and interoperability issues while escalating complex cases. Communicates with healthcare and IT professionals, represents customer needs internally, partners with sales, and maintains compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.

Provides FP&A and accounting support through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reconciliations, margin analysis, sales incentive planning, KPI dashboards, financial modeling, and monthly reporting. Partners with finance, sales, marketing, and commercial teams to evaluate business opportunities, improve reporting processes, automate workflows, and identify opportunities to reduce expenses and increase profitability.

Develops and maintains production tools, databases, test station software, and platforms used to manufacture medical devices. Responsibilities include device programming and testing, data recording, database queries, validation, troubleshooting, production-site deployment, documentation, change control, and process improvement. Leads investigations and corrective actions while supporting FDA, quality-system, and regulatory compliance. The role collaborates cross-functionally to transfer development projects into manufacturing and supports test stations at Defibtech and contract manufacturing sites.
