Develops and maintains production tools, databases, test station software, and platforms used to manufacture medical devices. Responsibilities include device programming and testing, data recording, database queries, validation, troubleshooting, production-site deployment, documentation, change control, and process improvement. Leads investigations and corrective actions while supporting FDA, quality-system, and regulatory compliance. The role collaborates cross-functionally to transfer development projects into manufacturing and supports test stations at Defibtech and contract manufacturing sites.

Provides remote, 24/7 technical support for networked biomedical devices, including patient monitors, ventilators, and neurology systems. Troubleshoots hardware, software, Windows applications, embedded operating systems, configurations, and network connectivity. Supports system integration, updates, and interoperability while communicating with healthcare and IT customers. Escalates complex issues, manages support tickets, partners with engineering and quality teams, and represents customer needs. Occasional night, weekend, and holiday on-call coverage is required.

Performs accounts receivable operations, including billing, invoicing, cash receipt posting, credit reviews, collections support, refunds, customer account maintenance, and reconciliation of accounting data. Reviews orders, manages credit holds, submits invoices through customer and government portals, resolves errors, and maintains accurate records. Communicates with clients and internal stakeholders, supports finance staff, protects confidential information, and completes assigned projects and accounting duties.
