Teams at Nightwing

Leads daily execution of a large-scale software development task order across prime, subcontractor, and government teams. Owns integrated scheduling, resource planning, Agile delivery cadence, staffing, facilities, security access, subcontractor performance, operational metrics, deliverables, risks, and award-fee evidence. Serves as the operational lead and acts for the Program Manager when needed.

Lead large, classified government programs supporting Intelligence Community customers. Responsibilities include program strategy, execution, budgets, staffing, risk, schedules, compliance, customer engagement, workforce leadership, records modernization, executive reporting, subcontractor coordination, and growth initiatives. The role requires managing complex programs, distributed multidisciplinary teams, federal contracts, and mission-critical services in a SCIF-based environment.

Leads large-scale cybersecurity and national security programs with 100+ personnel and $50M+ budgets. Oversees contract deliverables, schedules, compliance, subcontractors, financial forecasting, P&L, risk management, customer relationships, mission assurance, and program growth. Serves as the primary advisor to government and Intelligence Community stakeholders while managing cross-functional teams, contract performance, recompetes, and strategic business development.
