Teams at Nightwing

Provide classroom and practical instruction on network systems setup, configuration, maintenance, and security. Develop curriculum and materials, deliver demonstrations and assessments, maintain systems to customer standards, and propose technology solutions to improve learning.

Lead use-case identification, gather and document requirements for technology integration pilots, and coordinate stakeholders. Translate mission pain points into capability requirements, define success metrics, develop business cases, and manage requirements traceability. Facilitate workshops, support governance reviews, and ensure pilot scope, transition, and continuous improvement for cyber incident response initiatives.

Manage and track multiple projects supporting USG cyber and intelligence missions: develop schedules, coordinate with customers and field sites, produce status reports and briefings, manage actions, documentation, resource and access requirements, and coordinate certification/accreditation with security elements.
