Teams at Nightwing

Manages the full contract lifecycle for government intelligence and defense programs, including proposal preparation, negotiations, modifications, administration, compliance reviews, risk analysis, customer interface, and contract performance governance. Advises senior management, supports complex proposals, interprets FAR and DFARS regulations, manages customer relationships, and coordinates multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.

The Program Manager oversees all aspects of training programs, manages budgets, resources, and ensures timely delivery of services while aligning with military objectives.

The Site Lead manages aspects of Advanced Special Operations Techniques courses, oversees budgeting and reporting, and ensures timely delivery of services. They assist in recruiting and maintain qualified personnel for training.
