Teams at Nightwing

Leads strategic federal capture opportunities from identification through award. Develops capture, teaming, pricing, technical, management, and proposal strategies; coordinates stakeholders; evaluates competition and customer buying patterns; presents plans and gate reviews to executives; selects key personnel; and ensures successful transition of winning proposal concepts into contract operations. Requires extensive DoD and Intelligence Community capture experience, federal contracting expertise, and a current TS/SCI clearance.

Lead design, development, and integration of enterprise web applications and on‑premises systems. Manage full lifecycle delivery using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular within agile frameworks. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, run agile ceremonies, produce project plans, technical documentation, and status reporting. Ensure on‑time delivery, streamline processes, and provide leadership to meet program objectives in a secure, cleared environment.

Provide classroom and practical instruction on network systems setup, configuration, maintenance, and security. Develop curriculum and materials, deliver demonstrations and assessments, maintain systems to customer standards, and propose technology solutions to improve learning.
