Develop, administer, integrate, and optimize Nielsen’s ServiceNow platform across ITSM, HR, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, and security modules. Translate business requirements into technical designs, build workflows and applications, troubleshoot platform issues, manage upgrades, create reports and dashboards, support Agile release management, maintain documentation, and mentor junior developers.

Drive mid-market sales and business development across Indonesia, focusing on media agencies, broadcasters, publishers, platforms, and advertisers. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline generation, relationship management, cross-selling, proposal development, contract negotiation, closing, and meeting revenue targets. The role also requires CRM usage, collaboration with marketing, product, finance, and revenue operations teams, and cultivating strategic client relationships.

Own the vision, roadmap, delivery, metrics, SLAs, and quality of Gracenote’s data platform and content-source products. Partner hands-on with engineering, data architects, global product managers, clients, and commercial stakeholders to define requirements, data models, and integrations. Initially operate as a senior individual contributor, then hire and mentor a product team in India while continuing to address complex platform problems.
