Leads multidisciplinary development of low-power electronic products from concept through production. Owns hardware, firmware, and mechanical engineering projects; manages requirements, sprints, budgets, schedules, risks, design reviews, compliance, and external partners. Provides hands-on technical leadership, resolves cross-functional roadblocks, and enforces engineering best practices across the product lifecycle.

Maintain and support company systems, networks, servers, cloud applications, endpoints, databases, backups, and cybersecurity tools across multiple locations. Provide Tier II support, administer Windows and Active Directory environments, manage infrastructure and vendors, monitor security and backups, and mentor Tier I staff. Lead AI tool adoption, data analytics and reporting using SQL and Power BI, systems integration, technical training, and IT improvement projects. Occasional after-hours work and business travel are required.

Drive new market development and sales for NK's heat stress product line. Research and engage customers and partners, close sales, train users, manage independent reps, create sales reports and pricing, use CRM for opportunity tracking, support trade shows and product launches, and provide market feedback to product teams.
