Drive new market development and sales for NK's heat stress product line. Research and engage customers and partners, close sales, train users, manage independent reps, create sales reports and pricing, use CRM for opportunity tracking, support trade shows and product launches, and provide market feedback to product teams.

Design, develop, implement, and sustain electro-mechanical manufacturing test systems and assembly equipment. Responsibilities include circuit and PCB/ panel creation, instrument control software, mechanical support, troubleshooting, documentation, test process development, and project management to deploy and maintain manufacturing systems.

Develop and grow Kestrel Ballistics sales through business development, dealer and partner relationship management, rep training oversight, CRM pipeline management, pricing and RFP leadership, trade show representation, and market feedback to product and marketing teams.
