Design, develop, implement, and sustain electro-mechanical manufacturing test systems and assembly equipment. Responsibilities include circuit and PCB/ panel creation, instrument control software, mechanical support, troubleshooting, documentation, test process development, and project management to deploy and maintain manufacturing systems.

Develop and grow Kestrel Ballistics sales through business development, dealer and partner relationship management, rep training oversight, CRM pipeline management, pricing and RFP leadership, trade show representation, and market feedback to product and marketing teams.

Develop, maintain, and support external and internal websites and web applications, primarily Adobe Commerce. Build themes and modules, manage deployments, integrate third-party systems, optimize performance, monitor systems, resolve tickets, and collaborate cross-functionally. Provide on-call support and oversee backups and internal automation projects.
