The role will also support data operations, including systems and workflows for collecting, organizing, and managing training data. Responsibilities may evolve as the company grows and could include leading established functions or tackling new operational challenges.

Recruit exceptional technical talent for an AI and robotics manufacturing company. Partner with founders and hiring managers to define roles, map talent markets, source passive candidates, assess talent, design interview processes, manage candidate strategy, and close critical hires. Build recruiting systems and standards while providing market insight and challenging hiring assumptions. Focus areas include engineering, research, technical leadership, AI/ML, robotics, infrastructure, systems, hardware, and defense technology.

Build and own ML backend infrastructure for robotics sensor and video data: design data collection and storage pipelines, optimize storage/processing, deliver analytics/monitoring/visualization, and support ML teams by creating tooling to accelerate model training, deployment, and production monitoring in manufacturing environments.
