Perform rewinding of fibrous materials, inspect/test and document rewind processes to EASA standards, dismantle and prepare parts, perform daily line maintenance, and troubleshoot fabrication issues while maintaining quality and safety.

Design and support generators, motors, and control/protective systems. Contribute to rotating electrical equipment design, validate manufacturing/testing to specs, provide technical support, analyze test results, apply Lean/Quality practices, and maintain ERP/PLM design data under supervision.

Design, evaluate, and modify electronic circuitry for elevator control systems. Coordinate hardware changes with software engineers, create modification packages (prints, BOMs, board layout docs), support technical support staff, estimate project cost/lead time, ensure compliance with electrical and safety codes, and communicate with production and customers to minimize field installation labor.
