Designs and develops mechanical and electromechanical motor products and systems. Responsibilities include finite element, structural, thermal, and vibration analysis; customer requirements analysis; detailed manufacturing designs; GD&T and tolerance stack-ups; testing; bills of materials; product improvement; design reviews; and coordination with production, sales, customers, and cross-functional engineering teams. The role also leads and mentors engineers, designers, and technicians and supports compliance with safety and certification requirements.

Designs and develops mechanical and electromechanical products, including motors, generators, and rotating equipment. Performs engineering calculations, finite element analysis, structural, thermal, and vibration testing, tolerance analysis, and product evaluations. Creates manufacturing designs, bills of materials, test procedures, and technical documentation. Collaborates with sales, production, electrical and mechanical designers, customers, and suppliers to meet specifications, quality, safety, certification, and manufacturability requirements. Supports existing products through reliability, cost, and design improvements.

Perform monthly financial close, reconciliations, reporting, variance analysis, tax reporting, audits, forecasting, budgeting, and account analysis. Partner with department managers on operational forecasts, support corporate tax workpapers and government reporting, load statements to BPC, review inventory and fixed assets, conduct Oracle testing, and provide analytical support to the Controller.
