Develop and improve cost-effective manufacturing processes using industrial engineering, statistical analysis, lean principles, and process studies. Conduct time and motion studies, document process standards, create equipment layouts, facilitate lean events, and support new product launches. Collaborate with production, design, and manufacturing engineering teams on capabilities, schedules, quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Coach and train others on lean tools and methodologies.

Provides quality assurance support for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include supplier qualification, customer complaint resolution, failure analysis, quality control plans, PPAPs, lean manufacturing, ISO audits, calibration issue resolution, operating procedure updates, quality metrics, and factory improvement projects. The role is primarily on-site, first shift, with occasional travel up to 5%.

Provides administrative and operational support, including data entry, document management, inventory tracking, meeting and travel coordination, payroll and financial policy administration, audits, reporting, recordkeeping, and issue resolution. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, supports operational projects, maintains compliance with company policies and regulations, and assists leadership with daily organizational needs in a power generation manufacturing environment.
