Manage industrial projects from initiation through commissioning, ensuring scope, schedules, budgets, cash targets, margins, risks, and quality requirements are met. Coordinate engineering, procurement, logistics, erection, and commissioning activities; manage claims and change orders; maintain project documentation; communicate with clients and stakeholders; track performance metrics; and escalate issues to management.

Design mechanical components and full 3D/2D assemblies for electronic power converters using CAD (Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD). Produce drawings, assembly instructions, supervise prototype assembly, perform hydraulic/mechanical tests, verify results and prepare reports. Ensure compliance with project specs and product standards, collaborate with power electronics designers, and apply basic thermal/CFD simulation knowledge. Occasional short national and international travel required.

Design and model mechanical solutions for electrical panels, containers, and skids. Produce 2D/3D assemblies and manufacturing drawings, manage vendors/consultants, evaluate thermal management (ventilation, A/C, liquid cooling), and specify outdoor protection and corrosion solutions. Support installation engineering and optimize equipment layouts.
