Designs and supports electronic hardware for scientific instruments across the full product lifecycle, including architecture, schematic capture, multilayer PCB layout, prototyping, validation, production transition, and end-of-life management. The role also covers regulatory compliance, component obsolescence, manufacturing support, design documentation, and test automation. Collaboration with mechanical, firmware, software, and manufacturing teams is required.

Provide technical customer success support for SPR-based research workflows, including onboarding, training, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and experimental optimization. Manage customer accounts in a CRM, resolve support cases, gather feedback, collaborate with product teams, and create knowledge-base content. The role requires strong scientific communication, customer relationship management, global travel, and expertise in biophysical techniques within a biotech environment.

Manage accounting, payroll, banking, cash management, accounts receivable, credit cards, month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, inventory accounting, compliance filings, audits, and government program claims across the company and subsidiaries. The role also supports order-to-cash processes, financial controls, sales administration, and general finance administration.
