Lead NAV reviews and reconciliations, oversee accruals, distributions and withholding tax, support audits and tax filings, act as subject matter expert for assigned mutual fund trusts and LPs, support new fund launches, drive process improvements and compile financial analysis.

Provide high-level executive support to the Managing Director, Insurance including complex calendar and email management, travel coordination, meeting coordination and minutes, report and presentation preparation, project coordination, expense reconciliation using Excel, confidential communications, and stakeholder liaison in a hybrid Vancouver role.

Serve as the primary interface between Public Assets portfolio managers, advisors, and clients. Translate investment strategy, portfolio positioning, and performance into client-ready messaging, develop marketing and reporting materials, support product development through market and competitive analysis, and analyze product performance to recommend enhancements. Represent the firm at client meetings and events.
