Leads institutional sales, business development, and client relationship management for Nicola Institutional. The role develops growth strategies, builds and manages prospect pipelines, secures new institutional clients and assets under management, deepens existing relationships, delivers pitches and investment solutions, and coordinates with investment and internal teams. Responsibilities also include Salesforce tracking, sales operations, reporting, marketing collateral, compliance, market representation, and participation in conferences and client events.

Write and edit persuasive, on-brand copy for wealth management campaigns and content across web, social, email, advertising, print, podcasts, and long-form channels. Develop creative concepts with designers, maintain brand voice, translate complex financial topics for high-net-worth audiences, and ensure content meets compliance and disclosure requirements. Manage briefs, feedback, revisions, and multiple deadlines while collaborating with marketing, creative, compliance, and subject-matter experts.

Provides accurate back-office support for investment products throughout trade processing. Responsibilities include monitoring portfolio recommendations, entering trades into ticketing systems, reviewing trade execution and settlement, identifying issues, supporting compliance, maintaining documentation, collaborating on projects, and improving operational processes. Requires finance or investment administration education or experience, at least two years of financial services back-office experience, strong accuracy, analytical ability, communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
